HALLOWEEN EYEBALL COOKIES

Spooky, sweet, and oh-so-cute--perfect for Halloween parties!

Ingredients

• 24 packaged pre-made sugar cookies (or homemade, if you prefer)
• Halloween sprinkles
• Gel icing color
• Frosting
• Candy eyeballs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Roll each sugar cookie into a ball by hand. Roll the ball in Halloween sprinkles to coat.
3. Place cookie balls into the muffin tin and bake for about 13 minutes, until golden.
4. While still hot, press the back of a spoon into the center of each cookie to make a small well.
5. Let cookies cool completely.
6. Fill the well with frosting, or gel icing color for fun details, and top with candy eyeballs.
