Frosted Pumpkin Cake Mix Cookies

FROSTED PUMPKIN CAKE MIX COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 box Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix from Pillsbury
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 container Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Cinnamon/Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. Combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Frost.
  6. Top with a cinnamon/sugar mixture (optional).
