EASY VALENTINE ROSE PIZZAS

These Valentine Rose Pizzas are almost too cute to eat! Made with pepperoni, melty mozzarella, and marinara, they're a fun and festive way to share the love.

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury pizza dough
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut dough into 1 1/2 inch strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
  4. Working one strip at a time, spread marinara sauce over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Layer pepperoni along the strip, letting a little hang over the edge to create the "rose petals."
  7. Roll up the strip to form a rose and place in a muffin liner.
  8. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden, bubbly, and irresistible.
