EASY HAM & CHEESE CRESCENT MUMMY

Ingredients

• 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet (You can use Pillsbury Crescent Rolls...it's just a little harder to make)
• 4 slices Cheddar cheese
• 8 slices cooked deli ham
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 sliced olives (for the eyes)

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375°. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll can of dough. Place on cookie sheet.
3. Place cheese slices, overlapping slightly, down center of dough, leaving 1-inch border at each end. Top evenly with ham slices.
4. With a sharp knife, make cuts 1 inch apart on long sides of dough rectangle to within 1/2 inch of filling. Alternately cross strips over filling. Bring short ends over filling, and press to seal. In a small bowl, beat egg and water. Brush dough with egg mixture. Top with olives for mummy eyes.
5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a deep golden brown. Cut into crosswise slices.
