EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER

Made with simple pantry ingredients and bursting with juicy blueberries, this cobbler bakes up golden, buttery, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
  5. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
