Crockpot Ham with Brown Sugar Pineapple Syrup

CROCKPOT HAM WITH BROWN SUGAR PINEAPPLE SYRUP
This tender, slow-cooked ham is glazed in a sweet brown sugar pineapple syrup, making it a perfect centerpiece for your Easter table.
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked spiral ham (6-8 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional, but so good)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Place the ham in the crockpot spiral slices up.
- In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple, brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and cloves.
- Spoon or rub the mixture all over the ham, getting in between the slices.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours (or until heated through), basting with the juices a couple of times if possible.
- Slice and serve warm or make yummy ham sandwiches.
