CRANBERRY ORANGE FLUFF SALAD

A little tart, a little sweet, and so fluffy! Perfect for your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) container Coll Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and sugar.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  6. Add mini marshmallows and stir gently.
  7. Top with chopped pecans before serving.
