CRANBERRY ORANGE FLUFF SALAD
A little tart, a little sweet, and so fluffy! Perfect for your holiday table.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8 oz) container Coll Whip, thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and sugar.
- Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
- Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir gently.
- Top with chopped pecans before serving.
