COPYCAT LONGHORN PARMESAN CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 lbs boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
