Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Chicken

COPYCAT LONGHORN PARMESAN CHICKEN
Tender chicken baked with creamy Parmesan topping--just like the restaurant favorite! Delicious with mashed potatoes, rice, or a green salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 lbs boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
