APPLE PIE COOKIE PIZZA

A soft cookie crust topped with warm apple pie filling and buttery cinnamon streusel crumble. This easy dessert pizza tastes just like apple pie and a bakery cookie combined.

Ingredients

CRUST
  • 1 package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
FILLING
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
OPTIONAL DRIZZLE
  • Caramel sauce
  • Vanilla glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a pizza pan or large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Press cookie dough into a large circle about 1/4 inch thick to form the crust.
  4. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven.
  5. Spread apple pie filling evenly over the warm crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle streusel topping all over the apples.
  8. Return to oven and bake another 12-15 minutes until topping is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly. Drizzle with caramel sauce or glaze if desired.
  10. Serve warm!
