APPLE PIE COOKIE PIZZA
A soft cookie crust topped with warm apple pie filling and buttery cinnamon streusel crumble. This easy dessert pizza tastes just like apple pie and a bakery cookie combined.
Ingredients
CRUST
- 1 package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
FILLING
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
OPTIONAL DRIZZLE
- Caramel sauce
- Vanilla glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a pizza pan or large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Press cookie dough into a large circle about 1/4 inch thick to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven.
- Spread apple pie filling evenly over the warm crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle streusel topping all over the apples.
- Return to oven and bake another 12-15 minutes until topping is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly. Drizzle with caramel sauce or glaze if desired.
- Serve warm!
